Your English is fine.
Depends on the manufacturer of the connector. They're not all alike.
What's easier is to do is to pull one of the unused pins that you have on the connector. Maybe double check the jamma pinout before so you're sure you won't need it at a later time.
Most often you pull the pin out from the side which connects to the PCB.

You can often push the pin through from the non-pcb side, but if this proves difficult, you can use a paperclip threaded through on the pcb side to help pull it out.
