hey guys, is the tool to crimp the connectors for these the same that does hirose db11? I found a cheapy to do those on ebay but not sure if it works for df1b too?
This is the connector for a kick harness. I have seen a crimp tool designed for these but it costs over $1000... Not keen on selling a kidney to crimp a few cables!

You want to get a Hozan P-706. It will do pretty much all of the JST, AMP UP, Hirose, Molex etc contacts needed in this hobby.

Yep, 16/0.2 (~20AWG) for signal and 24/0.2 (~18AWG) for power.
