Can anyone suggest some troubleshooting ideas for a Capcom Impress unit running a Naomi 2 / Sega I/O Rev B that is having video sync issues.
The screen looks great with standard 15k games.
When you boot the Naomi 2 the screen comes up but the sync is off. The right half is on the left / left on the right and a black bar / sync right in the middle.
Image looks good otherwise...
Have I missed something obvious? Or an adjustment in the back?

You've set the unit to 15k? (dip switch 1 on)

The dip switch on the Naomi was broken.... wow.
No matter how you put it it would only put out a 31khz signal... I never would have caught it other than I put my scope to it and probed the video sync cable with the dip up and down...
