You can have either!

IIRC they come populated by default.

AFAIK yes but I'm not 100% as I just bought two unpopulated single player panels for the Aero Vs setup.

The staff are very helpful and will happily answer any of your questions.

In my experience anyway.

If those are populated panels, that's a great price. What kind of hardware do they use?

Good to know!

One more question for anyone that has these, is the River Service branding (stripes and logo) painted on, or is it an overlay?

Good to know.

I emailed the folks over there and looks like the unpopulated control panel goes for 2,100 JPY. Not a bad price at all!

(I've got a couple Irem Madonna restoration projects, so I'll be ordering two Aero panels before long)

Here's what they sent me:

Hi Chris,
yes, you can buy whether the complete control panel (with Sanwa joysticks and Sanwa buttons and wiring) or just the metal plate with the sticker.
The price for the first is 13,300 JPY and for the metal plate with sticker is 2,100 JPY.
As per the shipping, is not more easy but a little bit less cost. In any case, we are shipping worldwide and so far no problems at all.
Let me know if you need more information,
best regards

Heh, I was also confused by the quoted price, as the 13,300 is quite a bite more than the 8,900 listed on the site for the same thing. I imagine it'll be a bit of back and forth to clarify everything.

That's roughly what I paid!

It worked out at ~£95gbp to my door.

I'd guess the site isn't fully up to date with the pricing. If you nag them enough they will honor the listed price.

Happened to me before with RS.
