there is also a Orange DIA Black (Magicians DEAD dedicated).
There are also 3 Versions o the DIA, first two come with IPS Tech, the last Revision has a Panasonic Panel.
Panel of the jp L and AMI is LG.

Thanks for the input. the only information I know about the orange dia is the one available in the flyer of the wiki. I think it is a good idea to add a versions entry to the table.Jan wrote:there is also a Orange DIA Black (Magicians DEAD dedicated).

Do you know the differences between the three versions of the DIA?

Re: Vewlix Comparison Table 2.0 and Manuals
hopefully in a few weeks i will be able to supply as much info as you wish on the Orange and Black Dia
The first Vewlix DIA was a pre-production/prototype model afaik, not sure how many they did, but a few were displayed on several occasions.
Easy to spot as the cover under the marquee is white, not black. there are a few minor differences inside the cab ( different cable Colors for example) and another Revision of the IPS Screen. The Screen in mine starts up in factory mode, so alot more adjustments than on a regular DIA with IPS Screen.

so 3 versions:
pre-production: white cover under the marquee, minor differences in wiring, and IPS without persistent settings
v1: black cover under the marquee, and IPS with persistent settings
v2: black cover under the marquee, and Panasonic panel.
As you can see in the table, I an wondering about the native resolution of the DIA panel. My current impression is the following: IPS = 768P and Panasonic = 1080P?. Is that correct?
In addition to the orange version of the diamond Black: we may also have to consider the Half-life version of the f model.

Re: Vewlix Comparison Table 2.0 and Manuals
i was planing to post some detailed infos on the resolution "hack" for the DIA Screens for quite a while, but i lack free time at the moment.
Once i do , i will send you some stuff that you can add if you like.
The IPS are not HDCP ready and very picky about refresh rates wich causes windows 10 to totally mess up, but you can infact force them to display a 1:1 picture with some tricks. It is a bit pointless, but can be done.

Re: Vewlix Comparison Table 2.0 and Manuals
mini update
Black DIA and Orange DIA are identical (beside the Body Parts ofcourse).
I have had no time (and space) to disassemble any of them yet.But the OSD of the Screens looks unfamiliar, will be interessting to find out the manufacturer of the Panel.

How about the Half Life one? I have the chance to buy one, but not even sure if it is any good to play alone...
