How are the kicks hooked up with this?
Does it use a standard CPS2/CPS3 style kick harness?
I only ask because one of our German members has asked me and I have no idea!

Yes i think also it is exact the same kick harness and connector from the CPS2/CPS3...

It can do but it doesn't have a proper connector for it.
