SEGA STV cart security screw bit size/type

I've annoyingly lost my SEGA STV cart security screw bit and need to get another - what is the size/type of this? Is it 4.5mm?

Can anyone confirm, cheers.

Thread diameter 3mm, thread length 7.5mm. Pitch is around 1mm.
