Sega Rally 2 vector graphic problem

i have problem with mine 2 model 3 sega rally 2

1 Player boot games but graphic is corrupt like vector problem

2 Player game not boot and release black screen

any idea for help me.

Run the tests under the test menu.

Any test is ok, on 1p

2p not boot in any case

Swap the video board from the unworking side.
