So i bought a known not working vampire savior, blue screen in the ad, when i got it, i took out the battery and used cn9 to put a nobatterycps2 arduino nano (as i did in like 10 boards before), and now the mistery
In the A board #1 the game display solid blue screen, tried in 2 cab.
In the A board #2 the game display a gray(ish) screen and then some strange filling fo "O"s and random pixels looping colors.

Any ideas?
Edit:
Burned razoola's test, it wont display a thing, tried razoola's in other board (sfz) and the menu was displayed.
Board seems "clean" as in no major stains or corrosion, but in the "10D LS245" 3 legs are not in optimal shape but neither in the worst.
Edit 2:
fidled a bit with the suspicious LS245, and got a different weird screen, waiting for a batch to arrive and swap to try it.

Re: Cps2 dead weird behavior
Some update, today i received a batch of 74ls245 and swapped the 10D LS245, i checked continuity to the resistance array nearby, and it beeped right, the resistance array measured 4.6X k ohm in every pin, so i assume is correct.
Still yellow screen, checked the jumper settings and matched a progear repro i have, so i swapped the roms from progear to the board and still yellow screen.
Any advice troubleshooting it?
