Triforce Namco White Lines on screen

Hi guys I have an issue on my Namco Triforce board.

Looks like some kind of interference. What are you using to power it?

If I use other Triforce , no withe lines appears.
I'm using atx power supply.

That rules the PSU out.

I had all sorts of video anomalies on a Triforce. I put all new electrolytic capacitors on the base board and that got rid of them. Worth trying.
