Something needs to be bridged, yes. I remember unplugging one and trying to measure voltages on one and I couldn't get it to turn on. Plugged everything in and lo and behold it worked again.

I can't cable everything. I don't have cables , I just have main, but it has too much connectors and connections too.

So , Can someone give a voltage pinout in order to power up this board by using a STD Power supply???

Many thanks.

I turn on my NAMCO system 23 , but I got an error , I must connect I/O board in order to test it correctly.
So , I've taken a look at manual , but I couldn't find anything about wiring.
Can some one post a voltage pinout in order to wire it correctly?
Many thanks.

My memory is really bad, but I think you might need an additional board for it to boot. If it's turning on, most likely you have the power sorted.

Let me make a pic of one of my super 23 boards I think it won t boot without the i/o-extra print loop connected (j23 connector)

If not connected you get the Pac-Man startup and then I/o error

Only when you connect it it boots further in to the system

Yest it is.
I've got Pacman on screen.
I've all cables , all boards and power supply too , but I cant turn on original PSU because I don't know how to connect them properly.
I've tried to cable them , but those cables are too much!!! I'm gonna crazy when I try to cable them without any kind of reference.

So please , if you have any photo or schematics , please share them.
Thanks a lot

I take it you've searched for a manual/wiring diagram?

There's a Time Crisis 2 DLX (System 23) manual [here]. There's a wiring diagram with pinouts on the last four pages.

Socket J4 On The Filter Pcb (V185B) Needs +5V & +3V In To Power Up The Pcb Correctly.

Pin 2 = +3v
Pin 3 = +5v
Pin 5 = Gnd
Pin 6 = Gnd
