Sega Mega Play with black Screen

I got a Sega Mega Play with two games for a very decent price with the following error: If I power it up in my Sega Blast City, I only see the first screen with the white text (Produced by ...) followed by a black screen. I also cant enter the test-menu or I cant seeing it ... I tested it with both games, always with the same error.
