Naomi Melty Blood cart-can you put another game on it?

I have a copy of Melty blood actress again for the Sega Naomi.
Is this a reprogram able cart like Dynamite Deka2/Asian dynamite?

I think the one you want is 171-8346C.

Also, just to make sure no-one thinks otherwise, reprogrammable board still means that you have desolder the chips, erase and flash them, and then resolder them back to the board. It's a PITA to do.

I did have a look on arcade projects and i’m sure it said you could use this cart.

I also have another cart which looks similar to the Melty blood one but that has 171-7704B marked on it.
