I don't think there is anything wrong with your PCB. It's just missing that sticker over the BP945 number.

Sailor Moon came out 1 year before Air Gallet. So it is likely that they just used the same PCB stock and covered it with a sticker.

No offense, but I think you would have had a hard time selling it for the asking price. Has it really gone up that much? I always perceived Air Gallet as a 600-800€ title. Maybe a tad more for the JP version. But 1.800€, whoa

fwiw SNK used to do this with neogeo games too: converting unsold stock of old games to newer ones that had similar chipsets etc.

Man, are you aware that expenses more than 1000 or 2000$ are not easy for some people ?

At this stage of price, Every details count. You can say for example that the air gallet pcb is legit, but the doubt will exist of the Pcb being a conversion. Nobody can tell the truth 100%.

And if you are a serious seller, you must respect buyers questions even it is about dipswitch color.

I guess you don't care about all of that, it's just Money and business with you.

The only way to find out about your original concern is to peel the "BP962A" sticker from another Air Gallet PCB to see what is printed under it.

I resent this comment. In my case I answered all questions and didn't put a gun to anyone's head to purchase anything from me.

The guy in question was telling me that the dips on my PCB should be blue or grey, even though they are also black on this particular Toaplan PCB.
