are these 16mb or 32mb?
as the wiki page shows 2 chips for 32mb??

Each chip is 16mb, so if there's two chips, it's 32mb.
There's both kinds of 32mb memory sticks: one stick has two chips on one side, but nothing on the other side; the other stick has one chip on each side.

Better phrasing nem's reply, there are two types of CPS3 SIMMs:
Program SIMMs are used on the side with just two sockets, only have place for chips on one side of the board, no place for soldering chips on the other side. These hold SH2 programs and related data.
DMA SIMMs (it is written at the board "DMA_SIMM") are used on the side with five sockets and have spots for soldering chips on both sides. These hold graphics and audio data.
