Hi there.
I have 3 repaired naomi system 2 by replacing C29 Cap With success!
Fans work good and there aren't bad ram on them.
I've changed the cap and it works like a charm ( Without Games inside all three Motherboards)
So now it has begin issues :
MOBO 1 = When i put the cartridge the system doesn't boot and i get black screen. If i remove it , boot nornally.
MOBO 2 = Works sometimes and after loading game into memory ,by using dimm net , Modo doesn't boot. If i remove Dimm net it boot normally 10/10.
MOBO 3 = When I insert dimm net I get ERROR 01 & ERROR 22.

All three motherboard works fine if i insert Virtua tennis 1 or without it they're booting 100%!!!!


So what can I do???? I'm gonna crazy...

Anybody can help me??
Maybe do I have change connectors CN1 CN2 CN3??

Is it only the net dimm you are having trouble with? As at the end you said they all work on with virtua tennis

Yes bro. I have two working dimm net. They work 100% actually im playing by using them on ohter naomi 2 mobo.
I mean that the dimm net works like a charm on mine naomi 2, I've just a problem with thoose two repaired Motherboards. If I insert naomi 1 or 2 cartridges they work 100%.

You should check the jumper settings on the Naomi 2 motherboard and compare them to the ones that work. I'm dealing with two non working Naomi 2 motherboards right now.

I've already checked the jumpers. They're setting correctly.

It could be a voltage issue (3.3v to be exact). Make sure the dimm board is getting the proper voltage needed (I'd adjust the psu to 3.4v just in case). You should properly clean the cartridge contacts on all three motherboards too.

Ok. I'll try. So i have other problem with naomi 2 not repaired.
So the mobo boots correctly but i got black screen and no sound. If i insert game , it boots correctly and i can play , sound ok and test mobo is all okk!!! Why???

Any help???
Another board boots and sometimes Freeze or not boot... Im gonna crazy...
