I converted a RomBoard Flash Point in Golden Axe install on the motherboard of my Altered Beast
I have glitch problems and a loud sound is very noisy

I checked the Jumpers if they were in their place and inserted all the eproms.
I still have the TEST ROM with Eprom A7, A8, A5, A6 in BAD ERROR but I reprogrammed them twice:?
Wellon VP-280 programmer used.
