Request for help - Donpachi Capacitor Values

Can anyone tell me the cap values for the following locations (my values currently listed for each)?

C5 - 100 uf
C8 - 100 uf
C17 - 47 uf
C18 - 47 uf
C22 - 10 uf
C28 - 10 uf
