Upgrade RAM Dimm NET from 256 to 512MB

I need to know if possible upgrade dimm net from 256 to 512 in order to Playing game that require 512MB.

Sure, it's just regular 168-pin PC100 or PC133 DIMM memory. Most sticks seem to work fine, however, some don't.
