chihiro no picture

hi all help needed
I picked up a Chihiro yesterday,
I have pluged into naomi power supply
and put vga to a pc monitor and powerd on ..
I have the link lead connected..

I got all three voltage lights on ,, fan is spinning
green net light stable

its using netboot..

but I got no picture?
on lcd with vga ? dip are in normal positions..
could I set dips for 15khz?
theni could try in Capcom to jamma 15khz?

basically am I do something wrong ?

yeh I got that in

one thing I noticed was ,, green net dim light steady not flashing?
I think this means net dim not functioning

but should I still have a picture on a standerd pc vga monitor ?

I really cant remember as its so long since i connected up a chihiro , sounds like a type 1 from your description above ? i'd say throw up a pic of the setup and at least we might be able to tell ....


IIRC even if you arent getting a picture you should be here a sound ?a little jingle are you getting that ?
