recently i have acquired an original thunder hoop pcb.
When i tested the board it's boots to this image:
On the board inspection i notice there was a broken cap on the corner of the board, i went an replaced. No luck, still boots to the same image.
Went on another board inspection looking for broken traces, bad caps. Didn't find anything.
Has anyone have a clue of what may be causing it?
