Plugin' & unplugin' a GND...

Post by erzane »

Since I modified the connexions on my built in rapidfire button (pic#2), I'm wondering if I did smt wrong because when I plug/unplug the GND (pin#4 on rapid, going to posi.#2 on jamma) the image is moving... (1st pic is as is & 2nd pic is my personal configuration).

Instead of soldering rapidfires GND into its own place on jamma loom, I cutted it and pluged it to the already existing GND.
Per convenience, I did the same with push (pin#7 on rapid, going to posi.#22, #23, or #24 on jamma), like this I can change the rapid button depending the game I use instead of having a statitc push (#22)

For info: rapid header based on PCB is a JST PHR8.
p.s. Posi.#1/#2. are only for change speed (from 10/sec to 30/sec). Pls see button layout (pic#1)
