Mushi CP layout

I found some great pics of the CP layout of this game on an egret2 cab in Hey on Insomnia.ac but thoses pics don't exists anymore there. CP layout included the following setting: ABC +D & F clear white buttons on the bottom line for the rapid. Unfortunately I lost those pics and since there is a bunch of any kind of pics from Hey on Google it makes my researches longer. Perhaps did some of you have kept them as an archive?..
