Thanks Mastrecello, just read your message, I was already writing an update:
Ok, update, apparently system 16 wasnt Jamma, I found out an adapter and found out the game: Cotton. But video is terrible:

Any tips? I have noticed tht a lot of baords do not show the whites clearly, or are kind of dark, but others run smoothly, not sure if it is a board issue, or the voltage, the monitor shouldn't be if some boards are just fine...

But have this other board, that is not a System 16, but has written Shinobi in it, but it wont boot. According to System 16, Shinobi is a System 16 board, does it have two versions? Any suggestions about how to go about fixing it?

I just looks like sync is either missing or needs adjusted on your monitor.

Those are the sync pots. You should try adjusting both. It looks like your screen is scrolling in both ways.

No, no scroll, it stays like that firm... Tried playing with those pots, but no improvement.

Shinobi is a System 16A - The Cotton is System 16B
Both share the same pinout which again is not Jamma.

You are missing video GND signal on cotton.

Ok, now I get it. Shinobi seems dead then

I checked the Pinout here and can't see any video ground.

Is it Video Sync?

Ok, I connected the video ground to norla ground as per schematics system 16 has no video ground, the image is stable now with no curves but the colors are off:

I really don't know how to do stop those curves to appear, this Puzzle Bobble 4 for example does the same in this monitor, but nothing to solder in this board, as it has no adapter:

The f3 boards need a lm1881 sync cleaner on some monitors.

The Cotton board appears to be missing mostly red as you have blue and green in the first screenshot. And yellow which is blue+green. But the red tint on the other screenshot I don't understand. Check your adapter?

Shinobi seems like it might be a rom swap as the labels are not original. Maybe wrongly desuicided or wrong roms..

Thanks, It is really weird, I'm not sure If I should check the harness, all the way up to the monitor, probably, I'll do that checking the continuity.
