Hi,
My copy of mobile suit gundam on NAOMI (Japan, ROM version) will not load. Is it possible my bios is too low for this game to play it? Any advice?
I set the assignments to one player, no idea what else I should do

What Bios version do you have currently? Also, I would assume it would come up with an error code if the Bios revision wasn't high enough or the right region. It sounds like it could be the buffers on the ROM cart, which is a common problem on the ROM boards. Was it working before?

Anything to do about the buffers? It just shoots up a generic error 01 code when I plug it in.

Try screwing the cart into the board. It could be a connection issue with the cart and motherboard. If that doesn't work, try decasing the cart and pushing the cart firmly into the motherboard.
