Thanks! About 2-5 mins and it’s all hot in those areas. Maybe even quicker, let me know if your board does the same!

Probably not much help as I've noticed this is a PS5 revision PCB but it doesn't buzz, even at full volume.

After 15 minutes of attract mode the board stills run cool with the exception of the SH2 and audio regulator which run slightly warm.

There’s a video. Almost instantly the amp/ psikyo/ surface mount chip on bottom left are super hot.
You hear the buzzing as soon as the game starts up. That buzzing overpowers the sound indefinitely and only sounds decent because I put my phone up against the speaker to record. It’s actually super low and you can’t hear much, I was turning the volume pot up and down also.

Maybe a better vid. The buzzing is super loud and the game music isn’t that loud in person lol for some reason it sounds loud on video
