Hello everybody
I recently purchased two "unknown" Naomi games. One of them was Virtua Fighter 4 Evo and the other one Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram 5.66. VF4Evo runs fine but VO won't boot up.
On boot up the Naomi Logo shows up and after that, black screen, no error message, unable to do anything. If i'm fast enough i can access the System Menu and perform a Rom Board Test, which turns out good. As soon as i wan't to access Games Test Mode, again, black screen.
I tried to run it on a Naomi 1 and 2 mobo, both with Universal Bios.
Checked the voltage, which should be good in my opinion:
3.498V Brown
12.01V Red
4.98V Yellow
Cleaned the contacts. No obvious damages on the cart. All other games run without a problem and now i'm out of ideas.
Cart broken? Any hope to fix it?
Thanks

I see a scratch under your cart, where ROM21 is missing. You might want to ensure that the trace underneath is not damaged, if at all still there.
My 15kHz cabinet Peplos will never power up, with any item, and I am quite proud of that.
