Neo Geo AES replacement cartridge slot

Post by VectorGlow » May 23rd, 2016, 5:02 pm

Does anyone know of a UK-based seller who sells replacement Neo Geo AES cartridge slots? I don't mind buying from an international seller but would prefer somebody in the UK if possible.

Thanks

Newark doesn't have them?
My 15kHz cabinet Peplos will never power up, with any item, and I am quite proud of that.

I posted this link on the neo-geo.com forums long ago, it should be the correct type. Too bad for the 25 pcs minimum order.

Have you considered refurbishing the broken slot connector? What broke? A pin is bent?

If this is definitely the correct part number, I can look at getting these in soon. Doesn't help you right now, but, you know.

Poor contacts, despite giving them a good clean.

Useful to know thanks - don't get any on my behalf as I may end up going down another route, etc, but if you ever do get some please let us know for future reference. :)

It's worth tightening the contacts by pressing the outside of each one individually with a screwdriver.
