My Drift Out 94 PCB seems to work just fine, except that on a couple of different monitors (a PVM and a standard scart tube telly; the latter of which typically likes games that don't agree with my PVM) the image is about an inch off screen to the left.
I'm running it through and RGB scart supergun. Any ideas why this is happening?

Re: Drift Out 94 woes
Well arcade monitors do have these lovely little controls on them so you can adjust the picture, as images do have different sync and blanking timing signals, SCART TVs do display them correctly but the overscan is probably cutting it off. When using arcade PCBs on a SCART TV I have had to find the service menu and adjust the screen to get images to fit correctly.

That's why I got a PVM - to have that functionality. Sadly the maximum I can pull it in ain't quite enough!
Thanks for the tips!

Have you tested it on a arcade monitor and it displays fine? The wording on your first post is a bit vague on this.

No - I might try and get it tested down the arcade this week.

Re: Drift Out 94 woes
totally normal for this game. Whenever I put mine in the cab or on the wega i have to move the picture all the way to the right but i can see the whole thing. PVMs are nice monitors but they are not a substitute for a real arcade monitor.
Stronger then your average deadite.

I heard the same about this game over on shmups.
Sadly as I live in a poxy London shoebox flat, no arcade cab for me right now! Space is tight!
