i have read topic but i not have find good and economic programmer/eraser compatible with win 7...

No, they don't erase ICs, you will need a UV eraser.

I would recomenf any of the XELTEK programmers . .

They are really reliable and fast, They program all kinds of PAL, GAL, PIC Bipolar PROMS . .. . I own a SuperPro V which cost around $100 on Ebay . . .
Strongly recomended . .
