Got to play it when I visited Joe's to pick up the monitor. It's gorgeous (lushest 2D I've seen), nicely laid back, and satisfying to play. Definitely a future buy.

That was once mine :) It's such a good game, but I really need to clear progear before I go back to DS

This is probably no consolation m8 but im playing it & absolutely loving it!!

As cools said nice laid back feel to it but still feels like a real challenge!! 8-) 8-)
One of cave's "best" for me this one.... ;)

I have no idea why but the fire/cave level as you decend really reminds me of side arms in it's feel...

As for MMP....im getting my **** handed to me on a daily basis with that one....  ....nevertheless still a lot of fun.... :D :D
For gods sake, its a carton box - not the holy grail!

Na, it is a consolation Joe, it’s better in your hands getting played regularly than sitting in someones cupboard. I agree that it’s one of caves best, if you ramp up the difficulty it’s a real challenge or you can take it easy depending on your mood. The jungle level reminds me of SMW on the snes. The levels with the caterpillars :awe:

I’m looking forward to DFK for the exact same reason, but the whore that is GBP is making that a near impossibility. So DFK is my lust pcb :)

MMP is typical raizing. You need to score crazy amounts & suicide just to keep rank at a playable level. L4 of MMP is one of my favourites of any shmup ever. So much happening in one level :)

No, not really. You're making it sound much harder than it really is. I really enjoy MMP, but the game is a breeze (well, unless you're going for a 2 loop clear). The rank only gets noticeably harder if you have 4 or 5 lives in stock (even then it's still pretty playable - nothing like what happens in Ibara or Pink Sweets).

Back on topic, I'm not really lusting after anything right now, I'm pretty happy with what I have. :D

I'd love a Dungeons and Dragons: Shadow over Mystara. Really hammered this for a time and found it quite addictive getting the different endings and trying to 1CC it. Have the Saturn version which is pretty accurate.
