Cab identification help in Sega Arcade, Ikebukuro

Hi guys,

I recently watched a KidShoryuken vid on Youtube featuring a walk round vid of Sega Arcade in Ikebukuro.

Can anyone tell me what this cab is please? I'm loving the lighting at the sides and getting distinctive Tron vibes.
