What do you mean? Wasn't this version released and available in the market?

No, this version never existed , Capcom cancelled it , probably because the New Challengers version ( in tournament mode ) didn’t work well financially ( too many space and cabinets involved for sometimes only 1 human vs 7 CPU )

IC09 was the only time I ever got to play a proper SSF2 Tournament Battle. I'd love to have a go on the 2X version, especially as they've managed to make it a best of 3. Good effort to all involved 8-)

It's incredible, and so is everything you're doing here Rocco.

Just remembered I have the second half of that MS3 1lc to watch. I always thought MS3 was a coin eating grind, so it's extremely satisfying to see how the right strategies and weapon ordering breaks through that. It's a much cleverer game than I realised.

Sorry to hear. Shouldn't summer vacation be a boost to the business?

Oh man, sorry to hear that Rocco. I hope you find a location that is viable for the long term. That is a collection of games unmatched by any other arcade in the world and they deserve to be enjoyed.

Should be yes , but I’m tired after these 2 Covid years and I’d like to have some free time this summer with my family :)

Anyway , this is not the end but definitely I need a mental reset

Thanks for your words , you understand perfectly how much effort it cost to maintain all these cabinets and pcb’s perfectly working .

Maybe Mikado Europe it’s “a bit on my personal taste side” but this is how I arrived until here and how I met my big friends in Japan .

My quote is “The best cabinets , with the best games and the best components for the best players “

The next big surprise will probably make happy many people worldwide. Mostly for Europeans

Sincerely, I’m sorry you’re having to move as you are. I know this is effectively a passion project, but it’s one that’s apparently second to none outside of Japan and that’s a crazy thing to say you’ve achieved. Congrats!!

I’ve intended to visit since I knew about it, but it was always a ‘one day’ kinda thing.

Genuinely hope to hear about a new location and I’d genuinely love to make firm plans to visit. AO road trip??

Very sad I never got the opportunity to visit, the whole thing has been incredibly impressive to follow!

Heres hoping you find a better location and reignite the passion, being an OP can be exhausting and draining a break is important sometimes.

Lifting / cross-fitting 40 cabinets along the stairs with a friend was the most fun :D
