Arcade stores?
Probably not.
Best just to hit the arcades and ask them directly:

The only places where there are actual storefronts for PCBs are in asia to my knowledge. In the west we tend to have operators who work from a base of operation that isn't open to the public and deal with siting machines themselves or providing stock to venues. The best way to find them is to ask arcades etc who supplies them as nem has said.

Thanks for your help. I tend to buy my games online and here in southern california i know of a distributor and i bought machines directly from the owner of an arcade while it was still in business (family fun arcade in the valley).

No arcade stores, but I am always buying and selling games and parts.
