I use an old HD Fury 1 that I had in the drawer.
Genders are both wrong so needed a short M/M DVI-D cable and a F/F VGA coupler.

As I eluded to earlier, new exA-Arcadia tech enabled games on the system to reach 1 frame input lag. Depending upon the underlying engine used for a given game, the minimum input lag achievable varies. Certain engines like Game Maker Studio require updating in their tech stacks and we are in contact with them to help improve their products. However, even for Unity and Unreal 3D games, we are able to get to 2 frames of input lag much like many JAMMA games. A forthcoming research post will go over this in more detail but as some people have already started requesting updates, the list is below. As time permits we are updating past titles.

Below are the titles which have been updated:
Aka & Blue Type-R 1.2.0T 2f
Infinos EXA 1.0.8T 1f
Psyvariar Delta AC 1.0.1T 2f
Shikhondo Red Purgatory 1.0.2T 3f
Rival Megagun XE 1.0.4T 2f
Vritra Hexa 1.1.0T 2f
Fight of Gods Arcade Edition 1.0.0T 2f
Gimmick! Exact Mix 1.0.7 1f
Super Battle Princess Madelyn 1.1.0T 3f
Kira Kira Star Night exa 1.0.1 1f

Starting after the New Year, we will accept games for updating.
Contact support through our site for more details.

Have a Happy New Year everyone and see you in the arcade in 2022.

PS: New titles like Samurai Spirits 0 Special Complete, Akai Katana EXA Label and P-47 Aces Akai are already 1 frame input lag making some of them more responsive than the original JAMMA boards.

Without wanting to sound like a fanboy, I sincerely believe that no other arcade manufacturer takes input delay seriously as exA-Arcadia (let's not even mention the consumer game publishers).

The emphasis on low input lag is amusing given that so few people are going to know what that even means... but I'm glad they're taking it so seriously.

That's right, but even if you don't know about it, you can feel if there is too much input delay. The experience is less enjoyable.
These numbers are the ones in an optimal setup. Delay quickly adds up with some I/O boards and monitor models. So it can quickly become noticeable. You minimize the chance when you have minimal delay at the start of the chain.

Weird.. Works great on Toshiba PE0493, PD1843, PD2637 (New Net City) and tried it on a Nanao MS-2932-S( Naomi Universal -Europe) with no issues.
Are you sure you have set the dip switches to SD? Check that resolution actually is 31 Khz on your Vewlix.

Yup. HDMI to VGA works great on all my cabs.
Exa works flawlessly with HDMI. Just hook it up to your TV and give it a go. Vritra Hexa on a 65” OLED is a killer good time!

I dunno, in my experience with both the fighting game and shmup communities input lag is an extremely common topic, and just about everyone knows what it means. Putting an emphasis on it is smart I think, it's been the opposite with plenty of arcade titles. Nesica Live 2 has a **** reputation for input lag with people for instance. There are tier lists in Japan for games at home vs arcade where the arcade has more input lag and it changes strategy enough that different characters come out on top.

I think the score rush mode is a bit pants, but yeah, it's a good game.

It's less than 12 euros on Steam if you want to try it out
