Re: exA-Arcadia
We might see a few of these Touhou games given that the licensing and voice talent is in place and it was seemingly a big success. How many are there on *cough* Steam? About half a dozen?
Haven't bought the other one yet.

I guess it's based on this one:
Perfect Sakura Fantastica was based on the sequel:
There's only two games.

Re: exA-Arcadia
On the bright side batsugun is looking awesome !tohou is really more orientated to the Japanese market and with the success of the last one I can’t really blame them for doing another, rember there was no tohou games in arcades until exa did it

Re: exA-Arcadia
Possibly, I don't know. But the exA game is based on a fan game (based on a Touhou original), and the fan game developer has only made these two games.
I guess they could license other fan games or even the originals.

Re: exA-Arcadia
Batsugun? I don't think so. I draw the line at emulated 240p games.
Something else? Maybe. I'm not sure I've learnt my lesson yet. However, nothing from the current line-up really speaks to me at all.

Re: exA-Arcadia
Saw them a week ago at JAEPO. I think they look great. I find it a bit hard to play with the vertical monitor while standing up and with a 2P CP, but a bench and a 1P CP would solve this for me. Very good experience playing with the horizontal monitor / 4P CP with 4 players at the same time.

Re: exA-Arcadia
I thought it was a really strong line up. I'm definitely interested to hear more about Daemon Bride Exagain, I've heard great things about previous instalments. Also really looking forward to the new Batsugun Exa Label and Shinorubi Pink Label.
Also did anyone see those game display banners at the show? I can't be the only one who wants them.

Re: exA-Arcadia
So this is still happening. It's just my copy of Aka & Blue, same weird reset happens in multiple exA systems so problem seems to be isolated to the cartridge. I take it no one else has run into this since I guess I would have read about it here if it were a common problem...StarCreator wrote: ↑January 7th, 2023, 3:03 pm Anyone have an issue where a game appears fine on the game selection screen but picking it eventually returns you to game selection instead of loading the game? I already sent support an email, but figure I'll ask in case anyone else ran into this. It's the first time I'm trying to run my exA after getting it back from the last round of updates
