So, every PCB has a seperate cardboard box, and inside PCBs are double bubble wrapped.
I try and find a box of a suitable size for each board (i've amassed a ton of different sizes over the years as I hate throwing good boxes away! ) and then use the anti static foam from Cisco stuff that gets delivered to my workplace. The foam is just the right depth ( ~ 20mm ) to mean that I can leave the plastic mounting feet on the boards, and still have them laid horizontally with support in the middle so they don't bow.
