Unfortunately, Arcade Street in Paris is closing down on 10th of October.

This is due to the lease expiring and not being renewed.

It seemed like a lovely place, shame that I didn't get to visit.

I don't think that they have plans to relocate like the HOG.

I was at Arcade Street in Paris last Monday. Some of the arcades have not been running for whatever reason. The guy confirmed they close at October 10th but there are no plans yet to sell any arcade machines.

Can upload some pictures if anybody is interested but not before next week.

That would be cool.

I was just about to plan a visit week after next, but that has fallen through due to work issues. :(

I agree, a pity the guys closed shop. It was a great arcade.

Right now there are 350 arcades on the map so if you have more additions please feel free to let me know. Next to that I am specifically looking for (b)arcades in Canada. Does anyone know of any?

Altho that last one, while it has a lot of games, they are all busted in one form or another. I think the only game that was fully working was SF2 Hyper Fighting. Of the 30 or more other games I played, from drivers to classics to a dedicated SSF2 big blue, they all had problems.

Popped into HoG today with Neo'nate and bloodhokuto, now that it's very recently relocated and reopened in Croydon.
An enjoyable afternoon of Street Fighter action, mixed with a bit of multi player Bomberman on the Saturn 8-)
I'll pm the OP with its new location in case it hasn't been update yet.

8-) 8-) 8-) :D

Worth noting that the HOG has an INSANE 110 inch Monitor that scales beautifully (with apparently no lag).

Weighs in at about 330KG and is over 5 foot high, the picture below really doesn't do it justice because of the perspective, but you get the idea.

Ah yeah, excite bike arena. That is such a fun track! They really did a great job translating the excite bike vibe to 3D and 1080p. :thumbupright: :awe:

With over 400 arcade locations the list is far from complete. Recently I added a small Germany Museum but noticed that I don't have a lot of locations on the map in East Germany. Does anyone know of locations near Hamburg or Berlin by any chance?
