Marvel vs Capcom 2 and other NAOMI games w/ VMU capabilities

Information about NAOMI VMU compatibility is very scarce and limited, so I'd like to use this topic to call out experts on this matter. It would be nice if we could make an ultimate list of which games support VMU (and Dreamcast controller if we're at it), and more important, which VMU features does said game have? Also additional information in how to actually use said functions would be great to finally have available. For instance, how do you get the NAOMI version to save your progress on the VMU (I for one can't get it to work)?
From what I have found shattered around the WWW, the following games support the VMU and/or Dreamcast controller;
- Capcom vs SNK 2

Controller: Unknown
