I *loved* 4, and hated all of the games before it... Haven't played 5 though.

well , i guess it realy depends on when you started to play Biohazard.

i remember when biohazard 1 was released and we played it for 24 hours straight and my right eye was twitching all the time because the game made me so nervous , damn it was scary :D

took me 6 hours to pass the garden puzzle in Biohazard 2 (or was it CV ?) as i couldn`t understand the japanese text and there were alot of combinations ...

It's the controls I can't stand. Can't think of a game with more clunky controls.

I was really disappointed by both Battlefield : Bad Company's. I have tried to play the first one about three times but I really can't seem to get on with it. I played the second one for about an hour, what a heap that was. Image

I've put more hours in on the 2 BC games than anything since sonic the hedgehog 2 I think. 1 is better though.

bioshock 2 was pretty disappointing....especially since i played through the 1st again right before it....

not as engaging story wise, and for the most part the graphics, particularly the backgrounds and enemies, looked consistently better in the first game....

it almost seemed like the game didnt actually start until like 5 hrs in....it felt as if they didnt have enough game story to carry the whole game so they loaded up some filler nonsense for the first few hours to buffer things a bit.....once it got going it got better, but still....seemed like a step back to me

same thing for left4dead 2 pretty much....much prefered the 1st

**** modern games...i dunno why i bother really

Well, when you're playing a game called inFamous what do you expect. :awe:

I play beat em ups and shmups almost exclusively now. The odd title like Bayonetta grabs my attention though. Great game.

Street Smart for Sega Genesis :palm: Was so pumped for this at release. I got it home and was devastated.

Similar story for Ys 3 on TGCD. I finished Ys 1&2 and literally ran to Babbage's the SAME day. Popped in Ys 3...WTF?! jerky side scrolling?!! The game is still pretty good, but the change was jarring.

Always thought the Gran Turismo games looked great & played crap, overrated in every way.

Never been big on Ghost Squad either.

Amen, I borrowed inFamous from a friend and about 6hrs in wondered why I was bothering, so repetitive, I was literally doing the same thing over and over. I just took the disc out and deleted the save.

Modern games yawn. Very few are worth bothering with.
Amen to that! I have to quote GaijinPunch who was speaking like right out of my mind when he stated that nowadays he is more looking forward to new Mame drivers rather than new games coming out.

Having said this, I'd still fancy a PS3 to finally play Yakuza 3 and 4 : ))

Every Metal Gear Solid game after the 1st one on the PSone.

Gran Turismo is like antiseptic - so sterile, where is the fun in the game.
