Any good quality arcade PSU should do it, but I'm guessing you want an enclosed PSU though as I understand the desire not to have an arcade PSU in an open place where little fingers could get zapped.

If you have a decent PSU that supplies +5, you could get a negatron and wire that in to get -5 line...

If it could fix a 19" enclosure that would be a bonus.

Wei-Ya get a bad report, but tbh I've never had a problem with them. Wideley available.

Min-Dong PSU are excellent quality (and will be going up on Arcade Japan later today once I finish formatting the pictures ).

Sanwa PSU are excellent, but they can be up to £100 a piece.

I've been wanting to try porchy's cheap -5v method if you have a hard time finding a PSU. Just an option I guess..
