Beginners guide to supergun anywhere?

Post by Exroath »

I've done a lot of the google on this, I've found the odd mini guide but nothing really helpful, Mostly I'm finding a lot of LOOK I MADE A SUPAGUN ZOMG ..
So lovely people I'm asking for info :P (again)
Does anyone know of a guide or some good info on how to build a supergun?
Hoping to use it with Jamma boards. Cps2, Mvs , atomiswave , pgm and maybe a naomi (if its not too much extra work as i could wait till i grabbed a cab for that)
Even a parts list would be a great help, Thinking this could work out better than just grabbing a vogatek and probably wouldn't cost a lot extra.

On a side note I grabbed a mean well t-60b power supply however I dont think it has -5v is that an issue? I do have an old pc psu with -5 to use until I find a decent arcade psu

I've taken progress photos of most of the ones I've built with a view to writing some sort of step by step guide at some point. I'll probably never get round to it though :palm:

I've drafted an xls parts/cost list though if that's any help? If you PM me your email address I'll send it on to you.
