Yaton has an original Windy II marquee for $60 shipped. It's cracked, but it's in the part that doesn't show.

These seem kind of hard to find, so maybe someone here would like it.

He has listed a few over the last month. I got a W1 (marquee) in pretty good condition.

Those windy marquee's are so delicate, Yaton's are always fractured.

It's a grail of mine but it isn't worth the crazy amounts it always sells for. I look forward to it selling for $1000 or something :(

why are the cps 1.5's so expensive? did capcom just not make enough 1.5 boards? or were owners tossing these back in the day when they suicided?
LTTP, but it's because the custom ICs on the boards tend to crap out and die, and they cannot be replaced, as there is no "off-the-shelf" alternative.

Maybe someday, someone can create a replacement using FPGA or something, but then cue the "IT'S NOT REAL HARDWARE" clowns...

Ahh I see, that makes sense.

Can anyone explain this - https://ebay.to/3b9QjbX ?

Punisher cps2 :wtf:

I thought all punisher bootlegs were cps1 boards without the additional 1.5 stuff. I know there was a cps1 -> cps2 conversion project on arcade projects, but I don’t recall them getting to fully playable (or without glitches) for punisher.

Yes the conversion of Punisher on CPS2 was pretty much finished.

Yes and no, there's still bugs in the conversion which result in graphics issues. It should be more or less playable though.

Anyway, the port was the work of a person that's been banned on several forums (including this one) for scamming people, and he exited the scene. Good riddance.

I played it through a couple of times, and it played nicely compared side by side to an original board, apart from the graphical layers/flickering glitches (the banned member's original version had more glitches, but was cleaned up by someone else)

I think Cadillacs & Dinosaurs is pretty much to the same point, but it has not yet been released yet. (and probably won't be as there's a multi on the horizon that will properly support it)

One of these days I told myself I'd get Crimzon Clover running in a cab. A PC setup seems like too much headache for me, looking for a plug and play solution if that's possible (I know I'd need a IO to run in a Blast City). I was wondering if anyone had experience with TypeX2 multi. I know just about nothing regarding the hardware and honestly I've been out of touch with the hobby for a couple years.

Came across these and the seller offered a price significantly lower than the BIN, considering it if these are worthwhile. Any experience or feedback would be a big help. Also wondering if the game runs in Vertical mode...

I believe you can set the Nesica games to vertical by altering the config files. Not sure whether Crimson Clover supports 480p. Best to ask on Arcade Projects to be sure.
