I'm sure in the "old days" when they used the old numbering system for releases they had a cut-off of 2000 using the argument that any arcade game that was less than 5 years old would still be making the copyright owners money.
2 * Vewlix Diamond Blacks,2 * Vewlix-F, 1 * Sega Rally 3, 1 * Video Pinball, 1 * DinoKing (JAMMA Converted).

Yeah, I noticed those in the most recent MAME update Romset (they weren't listed in the readme, so I looked at the ROMs and figured they were the games as expected!). Not bad WIP aside from sprites coming from the wrong location, and in the wrong direction :P

I was also quite interested by ddp3blk.zip :D

Soundwave wrote:Quick question all...

Whats the best way to play CAVE shooters under emulation??

Also are all CAVE games playable using emulation??

My Japan 360 died at the weekend & I cant afford the £300ish to buy a new one to just play the shooters & I'm wondering now if I should just build a PC to run emulation on to get my fixes instead

But I need to be able to play Death Smiles & Mushi Futari so I need a way to play them...if 360 is the only way to play them then so be it I'll have to find the cash.

Thanks in advance

Neil
Might not be pricey, just get it repaired HERE

I know 4 or 5 people who have used them for 360 and PS3 repairs, they all rave about the service.

Fairly low spec. Runs 60fps on my C2D 6400 and 4gb ram.

Your Ketsui PCB will always be worth quite a bit. Look at DDP and Guwange for instance.

ESPGaluda right around the corner too by the look of it, only the main program ROM dumped atm though.

Patched version of MAME is available to support Ketsui and DOJ right now

It works pretty well, as well. Aside from the usual slight input lag, that is...

And DOJ Black Label right enough

Is that our yosai getting a namecheck on the coder's blog? :awe:

Are there any issues still to be ironed out? Also what kind of processor spec is this needing?

I have a shuttle I was thinking of Mame’ing, but it’s an old ****.

PS, you know we are ****. Prometheus is going to rape these games.

It says on the rom sound is not 100% accurate, but it seems a lot better on the shmupmame emphatic posted a link to.

Other than that, no :awe:
