Anyone tried this set up? How does it fair to a Groovymame / Win setup?

It's shaky as hell on the pi full stop from my experience, got pi2jamma and an RGB-pi, tried both on a pi3, the signal just doesn't play ball with my NAC, a proper JAMMA board or a pc with groovy works without a hitch.

pi4 is super shaky as hell as it's just not working right yet (getting there slowly though) pi2jamma with pinHP works OK, quite a lot of shimmering on the sytems I bothered to try with it (NAC/NNC,MVS-U4)

I thought they would finally get the sweetspot with the pi4, the may still do so as it's still very early days, but right now? As cools says, nowhere close to groovy.

The one big advantage is they are VERY easy to set up.

Shame. Is it laggy w/ sound stutter etc?
I put Retroarch on my Snes Mini with an old mame kernel.
It runs the older games surprisingly well with minimal lag and very little configuration.
I was hoping that the Pi4 might have the grunt to do the same for the newer games.
