Anybody using a JVS-PAC with Capcom I/O successfully?

I am trying to get this to work. I noticed on the site that it says not supported, but confirmed to work? I plug it into mine and get flashing blue and green light continuously. When I connect it to a Sega i/o, it works. Has anybody had any luck with this combination? I was hoping the Capcom one would work since it has a built in audio amp...
