Anybody try this **** yet on their .net books ?
Daytona ran ok on mine, not tried MAME yet, prob will fall over badly though.

Like most .net books its a 1.6ghz Intel Atom, 1gb memory ect, ect.

Acer, not Asus, had a bad experince with a Asus mobo years ago.
Using it now, its pretty good for a little unit, got it from John Lewis as they include 2 years.
Never owned anything MSI.
Just been playing Snes9x on it.

my mistake
if its anything like my carPC then it will be fine with stuff like Snes, Mega Drive, even Final Burn, Kawaks etc, but may start to show signs of strain with others, saying that i've not actually owned one myself to be sure, I almost bought one, but went for another Toshiba instead at last minute

Virtua Racing in MAME ran well.
Just mucking about really, not even installed my 360 pad dongle to actually play anything.
Screen is really impressive as it goes, much more workable than you think.

me and joeblade were chatting about them a fair few moths ago as a lightweight portable emulator box kinda thing, Joe linked me to some Elecom pads that would have gone with the white EEEPC's perfectly too, but I can't emember what site they were on
