Re: Best 2 player Naomi titles

Puzzzle bobble for NAOMI is really good and has a 2p coop and VS mode that makes it a really nice game for multiplayer. It also looks good/cute :)

ST-V multi-cartridge and 'strange' pcb?

Lately I'm pretty hooked on playing ST-V games. While exploring all the functionalities in the bios, I came across this option: "ST-V multi-cartridge". After checking system16 I found out that the ST-V manual also mentions this functionality. Unfortuatly I can't find anything about how to connect mu...

Re: how do you play your games

Games set on freeplay; and I'll credit feed it if necessary. Altough when I try to get a highscore I'll restart if I lose a life, so occasionally I only use 1 credit p/play.

Touchscreen games

I am customizing a tabletop touchscreen computer, and I think it would be cool to have a couple of good touchscreen games. So I was wondering are there any MAME* compatible touchscreen games out there? * Native windows applications are also welcome. I already found 3 good touch screen games: SPOT TH...

Re: Problems running Dynamite Cop (Model 2A crx)

Your not using a Jamma finger board adapter for the +5v?? If so that will be a real issue. For Model 2, you must use the CN connectors direct to the PSU, otherwise you get too much resistance. Can you advice me on what I need to buy to get the game running? you only use one connector for the 5V inp...

Re: Problems running Dynamite Cop (Model 2A crx)

Sun/Naomi PSU is easily powerful enough for Model 2. Hikaru/Chihiro consume more +5V than M2. But do check the +5v under load (you might need to tweak the +5v). If the attract sequence work fine and locks up pretty quick into the game then it is a security board fault. Well I only got it to the atr...

Re: Problems running Dynamite Cop (Model 2A crx)

it's a Low voltage problem. At the beginnin, M2 give me same problem with a weak nvs astro psu or in my VS city cabinet. No problem if powered in my naomi M2/m3 conversion with nvs4000 or old strong arcade PSU. :) can you post a pics of the filter board with wires connected? is this one of my Dynam...

Problems running Dynamite Cop (Model 2A crx)

I finally have my cab up and running, so I decided to give Dynamite Cop a try. Unfortuatly: - the game freezes at the boot screen (the logo hangs on Dynam C) - after rebooting a couple of times the game starts; but after 1sec of gameplay it hangs and gives an error - no audio (distorted sound) Filte...

Re: Metal Slug HD (nnoooooo)

I'm looking forward to Metal Slug HD, at least if the game keeps faithfull to the original. (and doesn't give the game a alien overkill). The original game looks great; but not on a HD/16:9 TV. And of cource keeping the game 2D with 2D backgrounds would be ideal :D.
