Re: Sinclair Spectrum Vega

You would think with all this demand for retro stuff they would have some sort of retro screen solution.

Because yes we all played 8/16bit games on huge laggy lcds with pixels the size of Lego blocks. :problem:

Re: lindbergh yellow VF5 framerate

If your getting slow intro and streamed sound the chances are dma on the hdd is not enabled.

Seen this if you use sata drives or if the hdd takes a while to unlock.

Put a new 40/80gb hdd and re-install.

Would VN work in 480p if I could even find a 480p crt projection tv?
I want to make this cabinet better than what it once was.
Crt projector would be fine, although knowing Namco this game is probably 480i.

Re: How many cabs have passed through your hands?

Considering i don't really deal in cabs, there has been a few 40+ naomi cabs, 16+ mushi/dinoking cabs, 8 lindbergh uni and so on. Must be close to 100 cabs passed through my hands.

Another interesting thread would be how many cabs you sacked/scrapped!

Dont use 120v on nanao monitors as it strains the components over time.

Naomi stepdown is ideal.

Re: System 369 TTT2u on Sega Lindbergh Cab

Your io board will not be getting power. There is a switch inside has atx and jvs.

Switch it to jvs and the psu will auto power on without needing the lindbergh pc plugged in.
