Re: Has anybody done an extension cable?

A lot of monitors seem to use [ JST EH series ] connectors for the adjustment board. The adjustment board for the Toei TC-RM25J in my Pony Mk3 25 is anything but remote and was a pain to adjust so I made a extension cable for it so I can relocate it under the CP. https://photos.smugmug.com/Wiring/n...

Nanao 2930 super dim and remote pot values

Hi, I was tweaking the other day one of my 2930, because the image was incredibly dim. I didn't even noticed it was on, until I turned off the lights: https://farm1.staticflickr.com/800/41130163151_26b5a09c1c_c.jpg Any idea why this could be? I started plating with the remote board, and the brightne...

Has anybody done an extension cable?

Im still trying to figure out the best way of working with my monitors. I don't have a table at the warehouse or spare PSUs to setup a testing rig, so I thought I could just build an extension cable, so I can place them in the ground while adjusting them, without having to detach the cables from the...

Blast Monitor Clicking but no image

Hi,

I just turned my Blast City on but no image. I can hear a clicking sound when turned on (min 0:00), and after turning it off (min 0:08) a clicking sound after a minute or so of powering off (min 0:39).
Any idea what this can be?

Sega Lindbergh PSU

I just bought a Sega Lindbergh. I was hoping to place power it straight from the outlet, just as a Type X, but when I took it out from the Blast City it was placed in, the blast had a very weird PSU, with wide connectors, not the usual BC PSU, and the Lindbergh doesnt have the usual 3 pin power sock...

Thank Alberto! Appreciate the gesture! Might be overkill to send screws from Taiwan though. If I don't find them I'll keep it in mind as a backup!

...... According to the manual they are TAP SCR PH 5x20 and TAP SCR PH 5x12. Knowing which screws they are, and by the code given, they will be: (TAP)Self Tapping (SCR) Screws with a (PH)Pan Head (5x20) 5mm diameter x 20mm long ;) Thanks! Will try to look for that. Hi I have checked the manual and ...

Astro city plastic screws

I am restoring a Astro City, and the infamous screws that keep the frame together and the ones holding the monitor have been severely damaged during extraction, as well as mt drivers... I want to put new ones, never want to have to deal with these, problem is at the hardware stores they don´t...
