Sega Lindbergh PSU

I just bought a Sega Lindbergh. I was hoping to place power it straight from the outlet, just as a Type X, but when I took it out from the Blast City it was placed in, the blast had a very weird PSU, with wide connectors, not the usual BC PSU, and the Lindbergh doesnt have the usual 3 pin power sock...

Re: Astro city plastic screws

Thank Alberto! Appreciate the gesture! Might be overkill to send screws from Taiwan though. If I don't find them I'll keep it in mind as a backup!

Re: Astro city plastic screws

...... According to the manual they are TAP SCR PH 5x20 and TAP SCR PH 5x12. Knowing which screws they are, and by the code given, they will be: (TAP)Self Tapping (SCR) Screws with a (PH)Pan Head (5x20) 5mm diameter x 20mm long ;) Thanks! Will try to look for that. Hi I have checked the manual and ...

Astro city plastic screws

I am restoring a Astro City, and the infamous screws that keep the frame together and the ones holding the monitor have been severely damaged during extraction, as well as mt drivers... I want to put new ones, never want to have to deal with these, problem is at the hardware stores they don´t...

Re: Aero City Monitor Bezel Repros

Is it the same as a Swing? Monitor is same so I guess it is. I might be interested. I just checked as I just got one from that friend of mine, it is not at all. Dimensions are a little different in general (sides are generally thinner on the Swing). The quality and plastics is exactly the same thou...

Re: You've Got Grail!?? AKA The Valuation Thread

I have a CPS2 Marvel vs Capcom single board I want to get right of. Problem is it came without the metal shell. Any idea how much can I ask for it? I thought about converting it to a HSFII but I feel a bit guilty.

100 and 120v

I just purchased I transformer for my Cute, and realized it doesn´t output 100v but 120v. I have read both that it may cause problems and that there is no problem. Should I be worried about it? I guess the PSU must have some tolerance but more worried about the monitor. 120V is a 20% voltage increas...

Re: Chewlix C (Chinese Vewlix Capcom)

One silly question. Those chinese amps have only left and right output, how do you wire the four speakers? I just daisy chained both left speaker positives and negatives into their respective sections in the amp. I did the same for the right speakers Does it draw power from the jamma PSU, or it has...

Re: Painting fiberglass cabs

Yes it does, but if you Google it, you will see it's possible to do it on fiberglass. I've never powder coated fiberglass, but the difference compared to regular paint (done it to my Naomi) is noticeable in terms of resistance And durability. That seems too hightech. Never heard of anybody doing th...

Doesnt powder coating require an oven? I thought it could only be made to metals.
